Trampoline Warehouse is an established retail business with offices in Ireland and the UK. We are dedicated to providing quality products to private customers at the lowest prices, and buy in bulk from the original manufacturers wherever possible. Our office is open from 8.30am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday, and our friendly customer services team is committed to giving you the best service possible. Payment security
We use SecPay's secure payment system because we believe it to be one of the most secure means of credit/debit card payment on the internet. All payment information will be passed between you and their secure server using industry-standard encryption technology, and to provide you with an additional level of security we will never receive your card details - we will only be provided with your name, billing/delivery address and order information. We are also registered for the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs - if you have not yet signed up for an online pin number/password with your bank you are still very welcome to use our site, but for your own internet security we would recommend you to do so.

Privacy policy
We are committed to ensuring that your confidential information remains private. As a result we will never sell your details or pass them on to any third party except for the purposes of delivering your order.

We also do not require you to open or maintain an account before you can place an order with us, and everything on our site can be accessed anonymously. The only personal information we keep is that which is strictly necessary to fulfil your order. We do keep records of how many people access our site, what browser they used, whether they were referred or came direct, etc. but none of that information is ever linked to any individual, so there is no possibility anybody could trace it back to find out who actually visited. In short, if you ever find yourself getting spam emails, junk mail, unsolicited sales calls etc. you can be absolutely sure they didn't get your details from us!
